Shipping Policy

Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Times

We have many products that ships from the US as well as internationally. Orders can take up to 14 business days. Please keep in mind that due to the Global Pandemic (COVID), warehouses are still short handed or personnel, but know that we are making every effort to get your product to you in a timely manner.

On many instances you will be receiving tracking information from shipping to delivery on your email or by text depending on the selected method during checkout. Shipping Cost

Shipping cost are establish by the weight of the items purchase and the weight is determined by shipping carrier, i.e; UPS, USPS, DHL or any other shipping companies.

All major carriers use a pricing technique called dimensional weight (also called DIM weight) to calculate shipping rates. Dimensional weight takes into account the size of a package to determine the shipping cost.
